1. Overview

At American Bully Pups, we are committed to providing healthy, well-socialized puppies. Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns except under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Health Guarantee

All puppies are:

  • Examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to placement
  • Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming
  • Provided with a health record at the time of delivery

We offer a 72-hour health guarantee from the time the puppy is received.

Buyer Responsibility:
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.


3. Illness or Medical Issues

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a serious health condition within the 72-hour window:

  • You must notify us immediately with written documentation from your vet

We may offer:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value, OR
  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

We reserve the right to request a second veterinary opinion.


4. Genetic Health Guarantee

We provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee covering life-threatening hereditary conditions.

If a certified veterinarian diagnoses a qualifying genetic disorder:

  • A replacement puppy may be offered, OR
  • A partial refund may be issued

Proof of diagnosis and supporting documentation will be required.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons
  • Allergies or landlord restrictions
  • Behavioral issues after pickup
  • Failure to provide proper care
  • Minor, treatable conditions (e.g., parasites, mild infections)

6. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available puppy within [X days, e.g., 13–450 days].


7. Returns (If Accepted)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

  • The puppy must be returned in good health
  • Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • No refund will be issued until the puppy is safely received and evaluated

8. Shipping & Delivery

Once a puppy has been shipped or delivered:

  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy
  • Any shipping costs are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

American Bully Pups is not responsible for:

  • Veterinary expenses beyond the purchase price
  • Any indirect or incidental damages
